Dr. Tracy Elder provides overall vision and leadership for SC3 and its growing network of chaplaincy ministries and charters. Her work has focused on developing community and public safety chaplains, building effective training programs, strengthening crisis and wellness support, and creating partnerships that help chaplains serve wherever people are hurting. She continues to lead the organization’s national development, training, and ministry expansion.

Dr. Dean Abbott serves on the SC3 Board of Directors, contributing leadership, experience, and thoughtful guidance to the organization’s continued development. Senior Chaplain Mike McElderry serves on the SC3 Board of Directors and as Executive Director of the Native Nations Chaplaincy Alliance. He provides leadership in building relationships with Native communities, developing chaplain training opportunities, and creating partnerships focused on addiction and recovery, tribal police and first responders, families, prayer ministry, and practical community support. His vision is to help develop trusted local chaplains who understand and serve their own communities.

Michael Delp serves on the SC3 Board of Directors and works closely with Senior Chaplain Mike McElderry in the development of the Native Nations Chaplaincy Alliance. His work helps strengthen NNCA’s growing network of ministry partnerships and resources, with a focus on serving Native communities locally, nationally, and internationally through practical help, spiritual care, and sustainable chaplaincy development.
